11:00-12:30: Helena - Rhythm and Moves - Let’s start off with working on basic rhythms with upperbody movements. Bring light (1-2 lb) weights or a couple of water bottles. Then we'll do some cardio! Think Zumba for Belly Dance!
1:00-2:30: Isabella - Musical Movement...which instrument are you? - Isabella will do a deep dive into a familiar song and its instrumentation. Learn how to listen to your music in different ways. This fun workshop will culminate with the group becoming a physical orchestra!
3:00-4:30: Safira - Wing's Favorite Combos - Do you want to build your combo repertoire? Need to spruce up a solo? Just want some fun exercise? Come learn all of the Wings favorite combos with Safira! (bonus points if you can guess who submitted each one!)

Amber Lee will teach a choreography to the energetic and playful song “Qombelt El Geel” by Hassan Shakosh. Learn to move with confidence, blending crisp accents with smooth transitions. The result is a dynamic piece that feels fresh, empowering, and full of personality. Great for all levels.
(Drum) 11:00-12:30: Malachi - Supporting the Song: Egyptian Percussion in Melodic Music - An introduction to playing percussion to melody instruments and understanding percussion in Arabic music.
1:00-2:30: Mishael - Zill Thrill & Combo Drill! - Mishael’s upbeat workshop will blend zill fundamentals with fun belly dance combos. We’ll layer crisp rhythms onto smooth movement to build confidence, musicality, and sparkle. Appropriate for beginner through advanced dancers.
3:00-4:30: Ayperi & Ghaval - Double Trouble - Make a friend! Ghaval and Ayperi will be teaching a series of fun combos designed specifically for duet partners.
