‘Paso Doble Skirt Fusion’ -
Dalia will be fusing Dance Orientale with her four decades of skirt work, blended with Paso Doble Ballroom elements in this workshop. In Ballroom dance Paso Doble is a passionate dance based on a Spanish bullfight, dram and skirt technique. Please use a wide Dance Orientale skirt that has splits or a large skirt without splits.

‘NEW SPANISH-ORIENTAL COMBOS: From the slow and intense to the fast and
furious!’ -
In this workshop, suitable for all levels, we will start breaking down the elements of
the Zambra Mora (Spanish gitana dance). We will do an extensive study of arm and
hand work with dramatic postures and gestures to build up the slow
combinations included. Then get ready to speed-up with passion: working with fast
steps and turns, and including skirt work, we will learn how to be precise and infuse
emotion to the Spanish gitana fast steps! Bring a skirt, and be ready to feel proud,
joyful and fiery!! Ole!

‘The Cat's MEOW!’ -
The cat's meow or the bee's knees or even the cat's pajamas... However you choose to express it, you won't want to miss it! Join Shoshannah for a fun loving Jazz inspired fusion workshop. During this workshop you will learn steps, turns and challenging combinations layered on top of a whole lot of Jazz attitude. Diving into music and techniques from the 1920s and beyond, this workshop will explore many of the fusion possibilities and expressions that are abundant throughout both Jazz and middle eastern art forms. Now you may be wondering, how can you bring the two styles together seamlessly? With a little shimmy, a little shake, and a whole lot of hotsey-totsey footwork in-between! So bring your dancing shoes and meet Shoshannah on the dance floor for a classy jazz fusion workshop presented in her signature ShoFusion style. All levels are welcome and encouraged... oh and P/S there will be an opportunity for performance with Shoshannah so don't forget to pack your Great Gatsby style black dress, black gloves and feather headband just in case.
